Atty. Deanna Maria Rachel S. Calayan is Senior Counsel at Delloro & Saulog Law Offices, with a professional background that uniquely combines litigation practice, education law, and academic administration.

She is a staunch advocate of education law and reform, having been deeply involved in the education sector from the beginning of her professional career. She currently serves as a Trustee and Vice President for Human Resources and Legal Affairs of Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. (CEFI), the largest and fastest-growing paramedical school in the Province of Quezon.

Coming from a family of educators and professionals, Atty. Calayan brings a deep institutional understanding of education governance. In addition to her administrative role, she is an experienced trial lawyer with more than a decade of practice in civil and criminal litigation.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws from San Beda University and her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
