Atty. Alder Karingal Delloro is a seasoned legal practitioner, academic leader, and public administration expert with over 18 years of experience spanning legal practice, government service, and higher education. As Managing and Founding Partner of Delloro & Saulog Law Offices (established in 2008), he is known for delivering strategic, research-informed counsel—particularly on governance, compliance, and high-stakes matters that require both legal precision and policy-level thinking.
He holds a Doctor of Public Administration from National College of Public Administration and Governance at University of the Philippines Diliman, graduating as a Consistent University Scholar with a perfect 1.0 GWA and earning the Gold Medal and Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. His doctoral research focused on judicial activism and environmental regulation for climate justice. Internationally, he completed an LL.M. in International Business and Finance Law at Golden Gate University, graduating with Highest Honors and recognized as Outstanding LL.M.
